That observation shaped ComplyWise's founding principle – technology should make evidence visible and connected, not replace the judgment of the people responsible for acting on it.

Anusha serves as Head of Functional Teams at ComplyWise, bringing clinical domain expertise to the platform's compliance and evidence-validation approach. As Co-Founder, she leads the functional teams responsible for translating real-world healthcare compliance requirements – clinical, regulatory, and payer-driven – into ComplyWise's product design. Her background in clinical practice grounds the platform's evidence framework in what actually matters to care teams and compliance officers, not just what's technically possible. That domain expertise is central to ComplyWise's core principle: evidence that healthcare teams can trust and act on.

Head of Product & Delivery
Shobha serves as Head of Product & Delivery in HealthTech at ComplyWise, bringing a quality-first mindset built over a career that began in QA leadership at TCS in India and grew through business analysis and application consulting for Singapore's government agencies. That experience across enterprise and public-sector environments shaped a consistent focus: delivering technology that works, not just technology that ships. At ComplyWise, Shobha applies that same discipline to product and delivery, building solutions that are accessible, reliable, and built to scale for healthcare's most demanding environments.
